Pronexus offers technical support for the most current version of our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) products, as well as the two previous versions. VBVoice 10.1 was released January 25, 2017 and is still a supported version.
VBVoice 10 with VisualConnect
VBVoice 10 introduced Pronexus customers to VisualConnect, a new product built into VBVoice 10 that allows IVR developers to use the same call flows for voice and data processing. For the first time, Pronexus offered more than traditional IVR developing to its customers. VBVoice 10 features are still contained in the release of VBVoice 10.2, including:
- Dual-channel developing with single-channel development effort
- Ability to repurpose existing traditional IVR call flows and menus for visual output
- Smartphone application output with a variety of attractive, built-in graphic user interfaces (GUIs) for end customers. No additional call flows, controls or development environment to create visual IVR applications
- Visual Connect offers maximum device accessibility – from smartphones to browsers supporting HTML5 and more
This release also supported IVR development for Mandarin and Cantonese for the first time.
