In addition, application developers get a wider selection of integration options than with most other toolkits. Switching a Pronexus VBVoice™ application from one platform to another is as simple as installing the card/resource and changing an initialization (INI) setting.

We encourage you to contact our sales department for any compatibility inquiries, as we have seen declining demand for physical cards with preference going to VOIP solutions and therefore, not all voice cards have been officially tested with our latest release. In addition, not all public switched telephone network (PSTN) boards, have been officially tested with our latest release.

Dialogic Note

Notice Regarding Open Box Returns on Dialogic Equipment

To ensure the integrity of their name, brand and quality of products, Dialogic does not accept returns of any equipment where the packaging has been previously opened. Once a package has been opened, it is deemed “used” and can’t be resold to other customers. The only exception to this is for “dead on arrival” (DOA) products where it is confirmed that the equipment is defective (through Pronexus’ technical support team). In these cases, the used equipment will be returned to Dialogic for credit on the customer’s account and a replacement unit will be issued.

Dialogic is working diligently to ensure that the products sold through the channel are new and pristine, thereby, reducing the chance of side selling and grey market products hitting the streets. This policy protects our resellers and their end customers. As a Dialogic reseller, Pronexus must adhere to our corporate standards of only shipping new, unused equipment to every customer. We believe in selling only quality products that are tested, proven reliable and quality assured through our vendor partners. We expect our customers would want nothing less.
